The location was perfect, close to the old city and within walking distance of major attractions. The apartment was new, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and providing taxi information. A Carrefour Express nearby made it easy to get any essentials. a great experience.

Everything was very good, I would recommend. Recently refurbished hotel with exceptional service and ideal location close to train station, many restaurants, Kraków old town. Food was great - I liked it. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being so close to the train station and just a short walk from the center of the city. The tranquility of the area was a pleasant surprise, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the convenience of having a covered market just around the corner, where we could explore and indulge in some local treats.
